Seminar on Bioethics
Each year the Catholic Organization for Life and Family holds a Seminar on Bioethics (previously called Seminar on Biotechnology) in Ottawa. Experts are invited to provide their views on one of the most pressing ethical questions of the day. This network of specialists includes bishops and lay people, scientists, physicians, lawyers, ethicists and theologians. The reflections of these experts provide an important support for COLF, which regularly comments on issues related to the rapid evolution of science and technology.
